Topics are yet another context type in loop in addition to locations or NFC stickers. But in contrast to it’s environmental counterparts, they are entirely based on the team’s specific circumstances, preferences, or qualifications. Therefore, Topics can be simple terms depicting certain activities, roles, or - you guessed it - general topics.

Every team member can select a range of Topics and add them to their profiles. This is how the Knowledge Feed is personalized and tailored even more, showing the most relevant know-how always on top.

In principle, topics, location- and NFC-contexts all work the same: Simply add the designated tags to the knowledge and ensure that appropriately marked information gets shown in the Knowledge Feed when one or many contexts fit the current situation.

The special twist in loop compared to other cumbersome knowledge management systems however: By adding topics to the profile, you no longer have to manually assign contexts (or tags) anymore.
